Blueberries are not only absolutely delicious, they are extremely healthy too. The struggle for the perfect blueberry muffin led Ina Broderick through a gauntlet of unhappiness, but we are happy to report that she eventually won the battle. Our Blueberry muffin recipe produces a tender muffin with an even distribution of blueberries.
