We have over 100 lines of desserts from large gateaux to individual ice cream bombs. Using only the best ingredients all our cakes are hand finished.

This is our grab and go snack line aimed at the café market; we use only the highest quality ingredients such as Barry Callabaut chocolate and real Irish Butter. Shelf life is between six weeks and 4 months.

This is the new star in our portfolio produced and packaged specifically for the retail market; this brand has a longer shelf life while still using the best ingredients. Three of the cookies in this brand were recipients of great taste awards in 2006. This line comes with point of sale support and is fast becoming the top selling ‘Grab and Go’ snack line in Ireland.
